It’s very clear that my previous free vector resource: Dotted World Map, was getting a lot of attention and downloaded by many. As a sign of appreciation, here I’m releasing another dotted vector resource, but for this time is a dotted city skyline.

The city skyline not only comes with 3 different sizes of dots, but also 3 different height of skyline, from lower to high. I saved the vector files in both Adobe Illustrator (.ai) and also EPS format, and hosted on Box.net. Please continue reading to preview the vector.

I believe everyone love freebies. So do I! Recently I stumbled upon Freepik, a website that aggregates design resources from all around the world that you can download for free! As of writing, it has about 1.4 million items you can find. That’s really a huge collection!

These resources break into three main categories: photos, vectors and layered PSD. The prominent search bar allows you to search with your desired keyword. You can actually register an account to save or bookmark resources that you like for later download!

Personally I find this website really useful because occasionally I will look for quality free resources, and download it for my future projects. With FreePik, I can easily look for it without wandering around with search engines and find only bad quality stuff. I hope everyone could benefit from this site!

mini-wakuwaku - a cute free Japanese font

It’s been a while since I posted Japanese related font. But with the help of the social network, I stumbled upon this really cute Japanese font called “mini-wakuwaku”. The font style is rounded and cheerful, it’s perfect match for cute and wacky designs!

This cute font contains two styles: normal and a rounded one, but the difference are just slightly. It supports Japanese character like hiragana and katakana as well as romaji characters, numerals, punctuations and more! Below is the sample sentence I typed with the font. Looks cute right?
