Another popular tutorial site Nettuts+ currently has 10 sets of quizzes with various difficulty level. I tried some of them and indeed they are challenging!

This is the Coding Assessment Test from jsdo.it! It has quiz or test for Javascript and HTML5/CSS3. I tried the HTML5/CSS3 test, it was really challenging! One thing good about this test is that it gives you an insight of your strength and weakness so that you know where you should improve.

I stumbled this website while doing research for this article’s content, and I think this site is a pretty resourceful. From the sidebar, you can access to 18 pages of quizzes, ranging from HTML, CSS to Search Engine Optimization.
W3Schools
Finally, W3Schools has a sets of quizzes for various web development languages like HTML, CSS, Javascript and jQuery. It’s suitable for beginners but somehow there are questionable questions with jQuery which raised by community at Stack Overflow.
