Because currently I worked in a newspaper company, I have the opportunities to redesign the online version of their newspaper. I have not done any newspaper website design before and this is a great challenge for me. I always think that it is hard to create designs that has large amount of content and the flexibility of the layout, as well as how to make it usable to readers.

From my research, online version of Newspaper or magazine must have a layout that allow people to quick scan the latest news and quickly know the news that matters the most of the particular day. To support this, we can use white space, typography, colors etc to achieve this result. Besides that, also have to think of how to make space for advertising without taking too much attention away from the main content.
