The title means you are not there anymore, this suggests that this is a sad love song but its warmhearted melody is perfect for the current opening winter season.
Who is FUNKY MONKEY BABYS
FUNKY MONKEY BABYS is a Japanese hip-hop band grouped in 2004 under the record company DREAMUSIC Inc. All members in the group are from Hachiôji, Japan. There are three members in this unit: Funky Katô (MC), Monn-kichi (MC) and DJ Chemical (DJ) who joined later. Clearly, “BABYS” is an intentional spelling error for “BABIES.” Known as fann-mon(ファンモン) in short.
What is so special about the DJ Chemical is, he don’t do DJ during performances! I first watched their performance in Music Station, after the music starts, DJ Chemical actually taking off his headphone and start dancing, while the other “normal” member are rapping the lyrics. It’s so funny that seeing him dancing, hopping according to the music, that is unique! But he can do DJ anyway.
Another special characteristics of Fann-mon is that celebrities are featured in their promotion videos and singles jackets, shown picture above. However, in their 1st album, DJ Chemical’s smiling face was used as cover instead. Probably you know which one is him already.

I love this song a lot, same goes to the PV, it’s nice and emotional. This song actually is written as a theme for the Fann-mon members’ first lovelorn. From the lyric, it tells that although already split with the girl, but everything about her is still unforgettable, and hope that the girl can meet the one who loves her and be happy always.
